Clients have 7-10 business days to submit the requested materials. ✔ Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the service. If the client pays a deposit and then chooses to cancel the project, any completed work remains the property of Rasine until all outstanding balances are paid. ✔ Copywriting: Website content is written using the information you provide regarding your business, products, services, and trademark class. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all website content before publication. Rasine does not provide legal descriptions of goods or services or prepare trademark application language. ✔ Domain & Hosting: Rasine covers one year of domain registration and one year of hosting. Beginning in the second year, domain registration and hosting renewal fees become the client's responsibility unless covered under a separate Rasine maintenance plan. ✔ Revisions: Service includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or requested changes outside the original project scope will be billed at Rasine's current rate. ✔ Trademark Disclaimer: Rasine is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or trademark filing services. Rasine does not guarantee trademark registration, trademark approval, or acceptance by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or any other government agency. Clients should consult their trademark attorney or trademark filing service regarding legal requirements and trademark matters. ✔ Communication: * Business Hours Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern Time "Email Only" Messages received outside business hours will be answered during the next business day.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Cancellations and Rescheduling: To cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior. This allows us to accommodate other Clients and make the best use of available session times. Attendance and Punctuality: We recommend arriving promptly at your scheduled time. Clients Only Have a 5-minute grace period to join. Beyond that, the session will be marked as missed, and you will need to reschedule. Should you encounter any delay, reach out right away to make alternative arrangements at least 20 minutes before your session. Primary Communication: To ensure accurate documentation and project tracking, all project-related communication must be conducted via email. Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for a response. Refunds and Card Authorization: All payments are non-refundable once a booking is made. However, if your session was a consultation, then you continue with a design project; your initial consultation fee will be credited toward the total balance of the design project. Payment will not be processed for any of the following reasons: Dissatisfaction with design concepts after the included revision rounds. Decision to cancel a project after work has commenced. Failure to provide required information/forms. Rasine® reserves the right to request that clients complete a Card Authorization Form via email before beginning any work. This process helps us ensure secure billing and project commitment.
