The Trademark Website Alignment service is designed for businesses that need strategic website updates after receiving a USPTO Office Action or another trademark-related issue involving. All website updates are completed based on information and instructions provided by the client or their legal representative.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Cancellations and Rescheduling: To cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior. This allows us to accommodate other Clients and make the best use of available session times. Attendance and Punctuality: We recommend arriving promptly at your scheduled time. Clients Only Have a 5-minute grace period to join. Beyond that, the session will be marked as missed, and you will need to reschedule. Should you encounter any delay, reach out right away to make alternative arrangements at least 20 minutes before your session. Primary Communication: To ensure accurate documentation and project tracking, all project-related communication must be conducted via email. Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for a response. Refunds and Card Authorization: All payments are non-refundable once a booking is made. However, if your session was a consultation, then you continue with a design project; your initial consultation fee will be credited toward the total balance of the design project. Payment will not be processed for any of the following reasons: Dissatisfaction with design concepts after the included revision rounds. Decision to cancel a project after work has commenced. Failure to provide required information/forms. Rasine® reserves the right to request that clients complete a Card Authorization Form via email before beginning any work. This process helps us ensure secure billing and project commitment.
